Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be unopened and in its original condition. Please contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization.

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders and provide a full refund before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to process a return following the refund policy.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the return is due to a quality issue or shipping error. For other reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and the related account will be forfeited.
