CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

(Applicable for tangible products only)

Eca Global (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values customer satisfaction and strives to ensure a smooth purchasing experience for our product, Apple + 101. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. CANCELLATION PRIOR TO SHIPMENT

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been shipped from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please email us at [insert company email, e.g. [email protected] ] with your order details.

Once the cancellation request is verified and confirmed, a full refund will be initiated.

We strongly advise submitting your cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order to ensure the goods have not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will not be accepted and the standard return process will apply instead.

2. RETURN POLICY

The following terms apply for return requests after shipment or receipt of goods:

All goods sold are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

(i) Failed Delivery

(ii) Wrong Item Delivered

(iii) Damaged Item During Delivery

Only items purchased directly from Eca Global (M) Sdn. Bhd. Official Online Store are eligible for return.

Products purchased through third-party resellers or other platforms are not eligible under this policy and must follow the respective sellers’ return and refund policies.

Goods are eligible for return if:

Incorrect Item: The item received is not what was ordered (wrong size, color, or missing parts).

Damaged Item: The item is found damaged upon receipt, or appears tampered/refurbished.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred for returning the goods, unless the return is due to a verified error or defect caused by us.

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receipt (as shown by postal or courier receipt).

Proof of purchase (invoice number and payment receipt) must be provided.

The item must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging including any free gifts received.

All packaging must be clean, unmarked, and undamaged.

Items must be securely packed in the original box (or suitable packaging) to prevent damage during return transit.

Note:

Change of mind or personal preference will not be accepted as valid reasons for cancellation or return once payment has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request deemed unreasonable or not meeting the stated conditions.

4. REFUND POLICY

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days, depending on your original payment method:

Online Bank Transfer: Refund will be credited directly to your bank account.

Credit/Debit Card Payment: Refund will be processed through the card-issuing bank. Please contact your card issuer for the estimated time of credit posting.
